Job Description

As a Table Games Floor Supervisor, you are responsible for providing superior service to both the internal and external guest.  In this position, you are also responsible for monitoring and controlling an area of a pit consisting of one or more games to assure the delivery of customer service according Ameristar St. Charles standards, while maintaining the integrity of the games. 

Qualifications
  • Sound knowledge of casino games.
  • Knowledgeable of applicable federal, state, and local regulations.
  • Fully Competent in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong problem solving, mediation, coaching, and consulting skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must have excellent business communication skills and strong time management skills.
  • Ability to effectively work independently or as part of a team.
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Must be able to stand a minimum of eight (8) hours.
