Job description

Oak Grove: Oak Grove Racing, Gaming & Hotel (the "Property") is a newer facility in a high traffic area in the heart of Oak Grove, Kentucky, and across the street from a large Army post, Ft. Campbell.  The Property is 10 miles from Clarksville, TN and less than 60 miles northwest of downtown Nashville, TN.

JOB SUMMARY

The Game Technician is responsible for repairing, maintaining, and monitoring the operation of assigned electronic gaming devices. Participates in the movement of any gaming-related equipment. #OakGrove

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Repair and maintain gaming-related equipment on the Gaming floor and in the Gaming shop.
  • Maintains secure key controls and ensures the protection of the company assets
  • Participate in the installation, movement, and removal of gaming-related equipment.
  • Maintain proper gaming logs to comply with state or internal regulations.
  • Ensure the safety and security of all guests and employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
  • Maintaining a professional working relationship among all personnel.
  • Maintain a high standard of guest service while on the Gaming floor
  • Knowledge of state gaming laws and regulations.
  • Fundamental oral and written communication skills.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, FBMS.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • A high school diploma or GED equivalent. A two-year Electronics Degree is preferred or equivalent experience in electrical maintenance.
  • Must be able to obtain a license to work at the facility from the regulatory body.
  • Able to obtain and maintain a valid Kentucky racing license.
  • Available to work when needed, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
