Overview
As a Game Review Specialist II, you will support Brightstar Lottery's Account Services team by ensuring the accuracy and quality of lottery game production from pre-execution through final delivery. You will play a key role in auditing game components, validating data, and maintaining compliance with customer and regulatory standards, while also mentoring team members and driving process improvements. This role will be onsite, located in Lakeland, Florida.
What You'll Do
  • Review game artwork, revisions, and working papers to ensure completeness and accuracy
  • Audit prize structures and game data for mathematical accuracy and alignment across systems
  • Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with customer requirements and timelines
  • Validate job tickets, contract proofs, plate proofs, and printed materials against specifications
  • Review software data, barcodes, and symbols to ensure proper game functionality
  • Lead training efforts and serve as a subject matter expert for Game Review processes
  • Support audits, documentation, and post-execution deliverables for internal and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve production issues and improve processes
  • Other duties as assigned
What You'll Bring
  • Associate degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • 2+ years of experience in process or project management
  • 2+ years of auditing, proofreading, or quality assurance experience
  • Strong organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Adobe Acrobat
  • Advanced attention to detail with strong mathematical and analytical abilities
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams
  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and discretion with confidential information
  • Capacity to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English is required

At Brightstar, we consider a wide range of factors in determining compensation, including background, skills, experience, and work location. These factors can cause your compensation to vary. The estimated starting compensation range is $39,848 - $103,002. The actual pay offered may end up being higher or lower. The Company will comply with all local pay requirements and collective bargaining agreements, where applicable.

Base pay is only one part of our Total Rewards program.  Sales roles may be eligible for commission payments, while other roles are eligible for discretionary bonuses.  In addition, we offer employees a 401(k) Savings Plan with Company contributions, health, dental, and vision insurance, life, accident, and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, paid time off, wellness programs, and identity theft insurance. Note: programs are subject to eligibility requirements.
