Job Description The Agile Delivery Lead is responsible for driving enterprise-level Agile adoption and ensuring consistent, high-value delivery across teams within ISG. This role leads Agile transformation initiatives, embeds Agile practices at scale, and enables teams and leaders to deliver outcomes with speed, predictability, and quality. Acting as a senior coach and delivery partner, the Agile Delivery Lead facilitates Agile ceremonies, removes systemic impediments, tracks delivery performance through Agile metrics, and continuously improves team maturity. - The ability to distinguish between what "is Agile" what is "not Agile"
- Applicable knowledge of the technologies used by the organization
- Knowledge and experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
