Job description

A BIT ABOUT US
We're at the forefront of one of the most exciting evolutions of our generation - remote employment. No longer do employers have to hire according to geography, and no longer do employees have to worry about proximity to work and daily commutes. Today, companies can hire the best talent they can find, anywhere in the world. But they need employment solutions to help them streamline the processes...
We are Multiplier! Our global (digital) employment platform empowers companies to build and manage a distributed workforce, while tackling the complexities of local labour laws, employee contracting, payroll, benefits, and taxes. It's a game changer!
We're on a mission to impact economies of scale and disrupt the incumbents within the employer of record (EOR) space. We're Series B funded and backed by some of the best in the game (i.e. Sequoia and Tiger Global), led by domain-level experts, scaling massively, and seeking brilliant, like-minded enthusiasts to join our team.
A BIT ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
Our Manager, Strategic Partnerships, is responsible for activating new business from strategic partner accounts across the consulting, recruitment, and outsourcing sectors, whilst consistently growing relationships and revenue. What you'll do:
  • Gain a deep understanding of the channel partnership process from sales through to operations and delivery.
  • Meticulously use our tech stack to identify and map out prospect partners.
  • Execute discovery and educational calls, deliver product demos, and guide prospective partners through the sales process.
  • Educate and guide partners through the end client sales process and operations.
  • Work closely with established partners, mapping and networking internally to generate growth and further revenue streams.

What you'll bring:
  • Min 5 years partnership sales experience (ideally within B2B SaaS or HR)
  • Min 3 years in pure outbound/Enterprise sales
  • Min 2 of the last 3 years exceeding quota (*required)
  • A people-first, and growth mindset.
  • An exceptional appreciation for the complexities of your craft with an eagerness to learn.
  • An affinity to work (thrive!) as a remote employee, within a fast-growth business, and an incredibly explosive sector.
  • The ability to work independently, problem solve proactively, and collaborate effectively.
  • Creative and proactive problem solving.
  • Experience using sales tools for prospecting, lead management, and customer engagement.
  • Experience in the consulting, recruitment, or outsourcing sectors preferred but not mandatory.
  • Comprehension of value-based sales.

What we'll provide for you:
  • Ability to work remotely.
  • Ability to contribute to this business at a high level.
  • Autonomy within your role.
  • Working with a compassionate, energetic, inspired, ambitious, global, and diverse team.
  • Opportunity to grow within a fast-growth business.
  • Competitive benefits, compensation, and culture of recognition.
  • Unlimited holiday policy.
  • A commitment to positively impact your career.

A BIT ABOUT YOU
You absolutely love working with a unique and inspired workforce, and being part of a dispersed team doesn't bother you, it excites you. Startups compel you because you covet the opportunity to contribute to building something special, early on. You understand the art and science of sales and networking, and use systems to succeed. You've been successful in partnership sales, and relish the opportunity to grow. You're progressively minded, creative, accountable, and quirky in your own way. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you.
