Description
The Surveillance Agent is responsible for observing, documenting, and reporting activities associated with gaming and non-gaming regulatory requirements and procedures, and following approved surveillance department procedures. The Surveillance Agent is responsible for detecting theft, cheating and other illegal activities, and reports any violations to the Shift Supervisor. Performs both overt/covert surveillance activities of the Island View Casino & Resort, ensures full compliance via Closed Circuit Television (CCTV), regulations, internal controls, policies and procedures, by-laws, and gaming ordinances, observes specific areas to include, but are not limited, to the following: Table Games, Electronic Gaming Device areas, Cage transactions, Count Room, armored car pick-ups and all areas where currency is redeemed, etc.

Position Requirements
High School diploma or GED required. At least 1-year of related experience in casino gaming, security, investigations, closed circuit tv monitoring or any related field required. Must be able to obtain MS Gaming Permit.
