Job Description:

The Integrated Land Based & Digital Marketing Specialist plays a critical role in executing marketing initiatives that connect Seminole Gaming Administration (SGA) properties with our digital gaming partners, Hard Rock Bet.

This position is responsible for coordinating, tracking, and supporting the implementation of integrated marketing campaigns, promotions, events, activations, and acquisition programs across both land based and digital channels. Working closely with property marketing teams, Hard Rock Bet, and internal stakeholders, the Specialist helps ensure initiatives are executed efficiently, communicated effectively, and delivered on time.

The Specialist will serve as a day to day liaison between Hard Rock Bet and SGA property teams, helping facilitate approvals, gather feedback, coordinate resources, and ensure alignment with organizational priorities.  This role requires strong organization, communication, and project management skills, with a focus on flawless execution and operational excellence.

The ideal candidate thrives in a fast paced environment, enjoys working across multiple teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting customer acquisition and engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Campaign & Activation Execution

  • Support the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across land based and digital channels.
  • Assist in implementing promotions, events, activations, and acquisition initiatives in collaboration with Hard Rock Bet and SGA property teams.
  • Coordinate timelines, deliverables, and execution plans to ensure successful campaign launches.
  • Track project milestones and proactively identify potential issues or delays.
  • Assist with on property activations and special events as required.

Hard Rock Bet & Property Coordination

  • Serve as a liaison between Digital Marketing teams and SGA properties to facilitate communication and project execution.
  • Coordinate requests, approvals, and follow up activities related to promotions, campaigns, and events.
  • Ensure all stakeholders remain informed of project status, timelines, and responsibilities.
  • Support the collection and distribution of marketing assets, promotional details, and campaign materials.
  • Help maintain marketing calendars and activation schedules across multiple properties.

Compliance & Process Management

  • Assist in routing initiatives through appropriate approval processes.
  • Ensure marketing programs adhere to STOF legal, regulatory, compliance, and operational guidelines.
  • Maintain project documentation, approval records, and campaign tracking reports.
  • Support the development and implementation of best practices and standard operating procedures.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

  • Monitor campaign results and assist with performance reporting.
  • Track key metrics, participation levels, and promotional outcomes.
  • Compile post-event and campaign recap reports for leadership review.
  • Help identify opportunities for process improvements and enhanced campaign effectiveness.

Team & Cross-Functional Support

  • Collaborate with Property Marketing, Operations, Database Marketing, Player Development, Digital Marketing, Brand, Compliance, and other business partners.
  • Support leadership with meeting preparation, status updates, and project follow-up.
  • Contribute to a collaborative, guest focused culture that values teamwork and accountability.
  • Assist with special projects and strategic initiatives as assigned.

Qualifications

  • 2–5 years of marketing, promotions, events, project coordination, gaming, hospitality, or related experience.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, project management tools, and marketing platforms.
  • Experience working in gaming, hospitality, entertainment, sports, or regulated industries is preferred.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to execution excellence.
