Job Description:

We are looking for an innovative and results driven Director of Integrated Land-Based & Digital Marketing Strategy to spearhead the creation, implementation, and enhancement of our business partnering with Hard Rock Bet’s VIP, Property Activations, and Omni Channel teams to enhance marketing efforts that unify our land based casino operations with our digital gaming platform.  This prominent leadership position will act as the key link between Seminole Gaming Administration (SGA) properties and our digital gaming partners, Hard Rock Bet.  Ensuring a cohesive, strategic, and guest focused approach to customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and brand promotion.

The Director will be tasked with developing and executing integrated marketing strategies that harness the combined strengths of both land based and digital channels.  By collaborating with property marketing teams, Hard Rock Bet, and various stakeholders, this leader will pinpoint opportunities to boost revenue, enhance customer lifetime value, reduce acquisition costs, and improve the overall guest experience.

Additionally, this role will serve as the primary liaison between Digital and SGA properties, ensuring alignment, effective communication, and prioritization for all integrated marketing initiatives, promotions, events, partnerships, and acquisition campaigns. The Director will guarantee that all activities adhere to relevant legal, regulatory, and compliance standards while promoting operational efficiency and organizational unity while protecting the integrity of our organization.  This position demands a strategic thinker and collaborative leader capable of translating business goals into actionable marketing strategies while guiding teams across diverse disciplines toward collective success.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Planning

  • Develop and execute comprehensive annual and seasonal integrated marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Create integrated activation roadmaps that connect land based casino experiences with digital gaming opportunities.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to leverage key sports, entertainment, cultural, and gaming moments to maximize customer engagement.
  • Partner with property leadership teams and Hard Rock Bet to create innovative campaigns that deliver measurable business results.
  • Establish a long term vision for integrated customer journeys across both physical and digital touchpoints.

Hard Rock Bet Partnership & Digital Collaboration

  • Serve as the primary strategic partner and marketing liaison for Hard Rock Bet and related digital gaming initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Hard Rock Bet leadership to develop acquisition, retention, reactivation, and cross marketing strategies that focuses on the Hard Rock Bet guests unknown to land base properties in Florida.
  • Identify opportunities to convert digital customers into land-based casino guests and vice versa.
  • Align digital and property marketing calendars to maximize promotional effectiveness and customer engagement while protecting the integrity of the business operation.
  • Develop best practices, communication protocols, and partnership frameworks that support long term partnership growth.

Governance, Approvals & Liaison Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination and approval process for integrated marketing initiatives between SGA properties and Digital teams.
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all proposed digital activations, events, promotions, partnerships, and acquisition efforts involving SGA properties.
  • Facilitate cross functional collaboration among Property Marketing, Operations, Database Marketing, Player Development, Digital Marketing, Brand, Compliance, Legal, and Executive Leadership teams.
  • Establish and maintain clear rules of engagement, prioritization processes, and communication standards for Hard Rock Bet initiatives.
  • Ensure all marketing activities adhere to STOF regulatory, legal, compliance, and operational requirements.
  • Proactively identify resource constraints, operational impacts, and implementation risks to prevent last minute requests and execution challenges.

Activation Strategy & Execution

  • Design and oversee high impact activation campaigns that leverage both digital and land based assets.
  • Maximize utilization of property venues, events, entertainment platforms, databases, loyalty programs, and customer touchpoints to improve marketing performance and lower cost per acquisition (CPA).
  • Ensure seamless execution of integrated promotions and events across all participating channels.
  • Drive innovation through testing, learning, and continuous optimization.

Performance & Analytics

  • Establish KPIs, measurement frameworks, and reporting standards for all omni-channel initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign performance, customer behavior, and acquisition trends to optimize future investments.
  • Monitor ROI, customer acquisition costs, engagement metrics, and lifetime value performance.
  • Deliver actionable insights and strategic recommendations to executive leadership.

Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of marketing specialists.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Develop organizational capabilities that support long term SGA growth and operational excellence.
  • Champion data driven decision making and best practices across all marketing functions.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years of progressive marketing leadership experience, preferably within gaming, hospitality, entertainment, sports, digital commerce, or related industries.
  • Proven success leading integrated, multi channel marketing strategies and large scale activations.
  • Experience collaborating across digital and brick and mortar business environments.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, CRM, loyalty marketing, digital marketing, and promotional strategy.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence cross functional stakeholders and lead through collaboration.
  • Exceptional communication, project management, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working within highly regulated environments is preferred.
