Group Product Manager

Our Client is seeking a Group Product Manager to lead the consumer product experience across the full traveler journey including acquisition, discovery, booking, loyalty, retention, and post booking engagement. This leadership role will drive product strategy, funnel optimization, traveler engagement, and long term customer value across web and mobile consumer platforms. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in B2C product management, conversion optimization, experimentation, and customer lifecycle management within fast paced, high growth environments. This role requires a highly analytical and customer obsessed leader who can balance strategic vision with hands on execution while managing and mentoring Product Managers across multiple product areas.

Responsibilities

Acquisition and Conversion Optimization

  • Drive top of funnel growth and conversion across web and mobile consumer experiences

  • Optimize landing pages, onboarding flows, and traveler acquisition funnels

  • Improve traveler intent capture and conversion efficiency across multiple channels

  • Lead experimentation initiatives focused on conversion rate optimization and funnel performance

SEO, Content, and Discovery Experiences

  • Lead SEO driven product initiatives across destination pages, content experiences, and discovery features

  • Improve organic acquisition through scalable content and programmatic SEO strategies

  • Partner with marketing and content teams to drive traveler engagement and discovery

Search Through Checkout Experience

  • Own core booking funnel experiences including search, product detail pages, pricing transparency, recommendations, and checkout flows

  • Improve merchandising, filtering, ranking, and booking confidence throughout the traveler journey

  • Drive UX enhancements and experimentation initiatives focused on conversion optimization

Promotions, Loyalty, and Memberships

  • Lead loyalty programs, promotional systems, traveler incentives, memberships, and gamification initiatives

  • Improve customer retention, repeat bookings, traveler engagement, and lifetime value

  • Develop differentiated value propositions for high intent and returning travelers

Trip Planning and Post Booking Experience

  • Own itinerary management, booking modifications, cancellations, rebooking, and traveler communications

  • Improve traveler satisfaction and operational efficiency across support workflows

  • Enhance post booking engagement and traveler experience initiatives

Customer Support and Trust

  • Improve traveler trust, transparency, reviews, pricing clarity, and booking confidence

  • Partner with Customer Experience and Operations teams to improve support workflows and self service tooling

  • Drive initiatives focused on platform reliability, reputation, and customer satisfaction

Ancillary Products and Revenue Expansion

  • Drive ancillary revenue initiatives including car rentals, upsells, insurance products, and partner services

  • Identify opportunities to improve attach rates and increase traveler value

Account, Retention, and Lifecycle Management

  • Lead traveler engagement systems, retention programs, personalization initiatives, and lifecycle journeys

  • Improve re engagement and repeat traveler behavior through data driven experiences

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Product Managers across multiple consumer product areas

  • Define product vision, roadmap, strategy, and success metrics across the consumer experience

  • Drive prioritization and execution across Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, SEO, Operations, and Customer Experience teams

  • Establish strong experimentation frameworks, operational rigor, and product management processes

  • Champion a customer first and data driven product culture across the organization

Qualifications and Certifications

  • 8+ years of Product Management experience with strong B2C or consumer product focus

  • 2+ years of experience managing Product Managers or leading multi area product initiatives

  • Proven experience optimizing consumer funnels, conversion, engagement, and retention metrics

  • Strong background in experimentation frameworks, analytics, and growth optimization

  • Experience leading complex cross functional initiatives from strategy through execution

  • Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational leadership skills

  • Experience operating within fast paced, high growth environments

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience within travel, ecommerce, marketplaces, subscriptions, or loyalty driven consumer products

  • Familiarity with loyalty programs, memberships, gamification, and retention systems

  • Experience optimizing booking funnels, checkout experiences, or transactional consumer platforms

  • Experience with CRM driven engagement and lifecycle management initiatives

  • Experience with analytics and experimentation platforms such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, Firebase, or PostHog

  • Startup experience strongly preferred

  • Passion for travel and consumer product innovation
