We're looking for a Member Success Manager who combines the drive and consultative skills of a successful sales professional with the relationship-building mindset of a trusted advisor. This isn't a high-volume transactional sales role. Instead, you'll partner with an established portfolio of members, helping them identify opportunities to maximize the value of their CertainPath membership while introducing additional solutions that support their business goals.

What You'll Do
As a Member Success Manager, you'll serve as the primary growth partner for an assigned portfolio of existing CertainPath members. Working alongside our Business Coaches, you'll help members navigate the next stage of their business journey by recommending membership enhancements and additional CertainPath solutions that align with their goals.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Building trusted relationships with an established portfolio of CertainPath members.
- Partnering with Business Coaches to identify opportunities for business growth and expanded engagement.
- Conducting consultative discovery conversations to understand each member's goals, operational challenges, and priorities.
- Recommending Stage Membership solutions and additional CertainPath products and services that create measurable value.
- Presenting solutions, demonstrating ROI, and guiding members through the decision-making process.
- Developing strategic account plans that increase member engagement and long-term partnership.
- Maintaining an active pipeline and accurately managing opportunities within Salesforce.
- Collaborating with Coaching, Marketing, Product, and Member Experience teams to deliver a seamless member experience.
- Consistently achieving individual growth and revenue objectives while maintaining a member-first approach.
What We're Looking For
- Five (5)+ years of experience in consultative sales, account management, business development, or a related role.
- Demonstrated success growing revenue within existing customer accounts.
- Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and consistently achieving revenue goals.
- Ability to communicate effectively with business owners and executive decision-makers.
- Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM platform.
- Strong organizational, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with home service businesses or within a membership-based organization.
- Experience selling multiple business solutions into an existing customer base.
- Experience partnering closely with customer success, consulting, or coaching teams.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
