About Us: Snail Games USA is a leader in the gaming and entertainment industry, known for creating immersive gaming experiences with a global reach. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and Translator to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and act as a translator in key business dealings. Position Summary: The Translator will work closely with the CEO to manage daily administrative tasks and translate communications, documents, and meetings between English and Mandarin. This role requires exceptional multitasking abilities, a proactive approach, and strong cross-cultural communication skills. The ideal candidate will have experience supporting C-level executives and be comfortable with occasional travel to support the CEO's business needs. Key Responsibilities: Translate documents, presentations, and communications from Mandarin to English and vice versa. Ensure accuracy and consistency in translations, maintaining the original meaning and context. Assist in the localization of game content and marketing materials. Collaborate with the CEO and other team members to facilitate effective communication. Review and edit translated materials for quality assurance. Provide interpretation services during meetings as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Translation, Linguistics, or a related field. Proven experience as a Translator or similar role, with a strong portfolio of work. Fluency in Mandarin and English (both written and spoken) is required. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills. Knowledge of gaming and entertainment terminology is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience in the gaming or entertainment industry is preferred. Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong attention to detail and cultural sensitivity.
