The Industrial Engineering Coordinator is a key role in the Operations Engineering team that interfaces with multiple cross functional teams to ensure the projects and tasks are being executed within according to schedule. The Industrial Engineering Coordinator also is an integral part of the Process System Design to help with manufacturing readiness and monitoring metrics of existing projects.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

Education: High School diploma. Associate's degree in engineering technology or related field is preferred

Experience:2-5 years of manufacturing experience

Travel: Up to 10% based on company need

Work Schedule: This position works between the hours of 7 am and 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate permanent and temporary engineering changes for Operations Engineering projects
  • Maintain accurate records on changes notices and temporary deviations for Operation Engineering projects
  • Draft and maintain the manufacturing build related documentation
  • Coordinate and support the execution of the Excellerate Process System Designs key milestones
  • Support project launch activities by assisting with preproduction build activities
  • Manage and drive open action item lists with cross functional team members
  • Verify and maintain BOM (Bill of Materials) content after initial setup
  • Monitor metrics around Key Process Indicators for projects
  • Actively participates in Faith's hiring referral and mentoring program, as appropriate.
  • Performs other related duties as required and assigned
