Join the Atlanta Gladiators Game Operations Team
2026-27 Internship Opportunity for Local College Students and Recent Graduates
Ready to launch your career in the sports industry? The Atlanta Gladiators are looking for outgoing, energetic, and motivated local college students and recent college graduates to join our Game Operations & Floor Manager Internship Program for the 2026-27 season. This hands-on opportunity offers valuable experience in professional sports and helps build a strong foundation for your future career. Our internship program provides real-world exposure to game-day operations, fan engagement, and promotional planning.
Key Responsibilities
May include, but not limited to:

Interns will support the Game Operations team in a variety of tasks, including:
  • Collaborate with Game Operations Manager in the planning, implementation and execution of promotional themes; in-game entertainment and intermission activities.
  • Works with Game Operations Manager in the creation of game-day scripts and event time outlines.
  • Assists with the production and execution of in-game promotional activities including but not limited to: event set-up and tear-down, selecting activity participants, arrangement of additional game-day entertainment performers, and oversee concourse tables.
  • Establish and strengthen relationships with business partners involved with game-day promotions.
  • Coordinating community events that may or may not be during game day.
  • Assist Gladiators Event staff with the distribution of promotional giveaways.
  • Support sales staff with the execution of game-day fan experiences.
  • Provide high level of customer service and hospitality for those in attendance at Atlanta Gladiators home games.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.
  • Represent the team at community events
  • Assist with general office and administrative duties
  • Attend all Atlanta Gladiators home games.

Requirements and Skills
We are looking for candidates who are:
  • Current college students or recent graduates (local applicants preferred)
  • Available to work all remaining home games during the 2026-27 season
  • Willing and able to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Comfortable performing physical tasks in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communicators with a positive, team-focused attitude
  • Energetic, dependable, and eager to learn
  • Experienced in skating (preferred but not required)
  • Available for occasional office hours or events on non-game days
