Table Games Floor Supervisor

Are you an experienced Table Games professional ready to take the next step in your gaming career? We're looking for a Table Games Floor Supervisor who knows the games, understands the importance of great guest service, and can confidently lead a team in a fast-paced casino environment.

In this role, you'll help keep Table Games running smoothly by overseeing game operations, supporting and supervising dealers, assisting guests, and ensuring all games are conducted according to established rules, procedures, and internal controls. You'll also step in to deal games when needed.

How You'll Make an Impact

As a Table Games Floor Supervisor, you will:

  • Oversee the operation and conduct of assigned table games.
  • Ensure games are operated according to Port Gamble S'Klallam Gaming procedures, internal controls, and established game rules.
  • Supervise, train, monitor, and support Table Games employees.
  • Coordinate dealer schedules and ensure tables are properly staffed and equipped.
  • Deal cards and conduct table games as needed.
  • Exchange currency for gaming chips and accurately handle fills and credits.
  • Verify beginning and ending chip and money balances and supporting documentation.
  • Monitor wagers and game activity to ensure proper procedures are followed.
  • Calculate payouts, pay winning wagers, and collect losing wagers.
  • Properly recognize and process approved promotional coupons.
  • Monitor the gaming floor and quickly address concerns, disputes, or unusual situations.
  • Provide friendly, professional service and promote positive guest relations.
  • Handle guest complaints and compliments professionally.
  • Assign and direct work while helping maintain an efficient and positive work environment.
  • Address employee concerns, performance issues, and workplace problems in accordance with company policies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of Table Games experience.
  • Strong knowledge of table game rules, procedures, and operations.
  • Ability to confidently lead and support a team.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to remain professional and make sound decisions in a fast-paced gaming environment.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain the required Gaming License.
