Job Summary

Detailed Responsibilities: 
The Operations Manager will oversee the execution of hospitality operations at River Roast while supporting Levy’s commitment to exceptional guest service and operational excellence. This role will coordinate daily restaurant and event operations, supervise team members, manage labor and operational efficiencies, and partner with culinary and service leaders to ensure consistent execution. The Operations Manager will also support financial performance initiatives, maintain compliance with safety and sanitation standards, and foster a productive team environment. 


Daily Tasks 
• Monitor daily restaurant and event operations  
• Supervise hourly and supervisory team members  
• Review staffing levels and adjust schedules as needed  
• Conduct pre-shift meetings with operational teams  
• Resolve guest concerns and service escalations  
• Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety standards  
• Communicate operational updates to leadership teams  


Overarching Tasks 
• Develop operational processes that improve efficiency  
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee development  
• Analyze operational performance and labor metrics  
• Collaborate with culinary and event teams on execution strategies  
• Maintain compliance with company and regulatory standards
