Operations Manager will contribute to the delivery of exceptional guest service by recruiting, training, scheduling and retaining guest focused team members. These positions are responsible for specific operation tasks, a full staff of associates, checklist completion, cleaning and communication between departments under the direct supervision of a Regional Director as well as simple stock keeping and cash handling.
