ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
  1. Strive to entertain our guests and exceed their expectations through gracious, enthusiastic and personalized service.
  2. Provide a range of service to VIP guests to include non-hosted if applicable, evaluation of play, answering promotional questions, booking hotel reservations, and selling an experience through telephone calls.
  3. Will help assembly gifts and baskets to be placed in hotel rooms for hosted guests.
  4. Must possess great customer service skills and a passion for customer care.
  5. Must be able to make a cold call to guests on an assigned task list.
  6. Take comp requests and book any reservations from off duty Hosts.
  7. Must be able and willing to be on the floor interacting and engaging with guests.
  8. Be willing to assist the PD Manager with any and all tasks that may be needed to meet business needs
  9. Must be willing to work nights and weekends. Understanding that schedules are not permanent and are subject to change at Management's discretion. In order to meet business needs.

EDUCATION: GED or high school diploma.
EXPERIENCE: Knowledge of IGT/Patron System, Strong Microsoft Office Skills, Knowledge of Player Development Software and critical thinking skills.
LICENSES OR CERTIFICATIONS: Be able to obtain/maintain Eastern Shawnee Tribe of Oklahoma gaming license. Be able to obtain/maintain a liquor license with the state of Oklahoma.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Ability to maneuver in a casino/ office /outdoor environment. Standing, sitting, walking for long periods of time, moving/lifting up to 50-lbs; climbing, stooping, bending, crawling, kneeling, etc. Full range of physical mobility and manual dexterity required.
WORK ENVIRONMENT: We maintain an alcohol/drug-free workplace. Must have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and perform in casino operations containing smoke and second hand smoke with high noise level and bright lights. Must be able and willing to work nights, weekends and holidays. Must be able to work flexible hours. Must be able to work well with team members and other departments to maintain excellent customer service. Fluent in languages other than English is helpful.
