Organizational Overview:
The New Hampshire Fisher Cats are the Double-A affiliate of the 2025 American League Champion the Toronto Blue Jays. As New Hampshire's only professional sports team, the organization serves as a community champion for the City of Manchester and State of New Hampshire while delivering high-quality, family-friendly entertainment.
The Fisher Cats are seeking a hardworking, dependable, and self-driven individuals who are motivated to make Delta Dental Stadium the most entertaining experience in the Eastern League and uphold its fan-voted reputation as "Best Ballpark."
Position Summary:
We're seeking enthusiastic and reliable Game Day Staff members to deliver exceptional experiences to every guest who visits Delta Dental Stadium. As a Game Day Staff member, you'll serve as a front-line representative for the New Hampshire Fisher Cats, helping us maintain our reputation as the "Best Ballpark" in the Eastern League. Available positions include: Parking Attendant, Ticket Taker, Usher, Mascot Handler, and Kids Area Attendant.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Usher-
  • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the ballpark
  • Monitor assigned seating sections for safety hazards and seating issues, reporting concerns to supervisors
  • Verify tickets for correct date and seating location
  • Welcome guests and assist them to their assigned seats
  • Patrol aisles every half inning to maintain guest safety and satisfaction
  • Stay alert for foul balls and flying objects that may enter seating areas or the field
  • Maintain ticket integrity by monitoring unauthorized seat changes
  • Communicate ballpark policies to guests as needed
  • Report guest incidents to supervisors and complete incident reports when requested
  • Conduct thorough end-of-game searches for lost and found items in designated areas

Ticket Taker-
  • Collect and scan tickets from guests entering Delta Dental Stadium
  • Verify ticket accuracy and authenticity
  • Provide directions to various stadium locations
  • Deliver excellent customer service to all ballpark guests
  • Monitor assigned area for safety hazards and guest incidents
  • Communicate ballpark policies to guests as needed

Parking Attendant-
  • Deliver exceptional service to patrons before, during, and after events, striving for 100% positive interactions
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and provide change in a fast-paced environment
  • Conduct regular surveillance rounds of parking lots and perimeter areas
  • Maintain professionalism and composure in all situations
  • Report safety, maintenance, and personnel concerns to supervisors
  • Complete daily log sheets and documentation as required

Mascot Handler-
  • Accompany Fungo during all game day duties and appearances
  • Facilitate photo opportunities, autograph signings, and enhance overall guest experience
  • Serve as the "eyes, ears, and voice" for the mascot performer, maintaining awareness of game progression, in-game activations, stadium navigation, fan requests, and potential hazards
  • Manage mascot supplies including autograph cards, t-shirts, and props
  • Support mascot performer with preparation and execution of on-field skits, routines, t-shirt tosses, and other game day entertainment

Kids Area Attendant-
  • Supervise and facilitate Kidzone stations and activities, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for children of all ages
  • Assist with setup and breakdown of Kidzone area before and after games
  • Accurately handle cash transactions and provide change in a fast-paced environment

Requirements:
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Authorized to work in the United States.
  • Successfully pass a Background Investigation.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours, including working game nights, weekends, holidays, and special event nights as needed.
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from Delta Dental Stadium

Physical/Environmental Requirements
  • Will require weekend and evening work.
  • Employee will be exposed to inclement weather of varying degrees.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time and go up and down stairs
