Director of Game AI Production
Qualcomm's Snapdragon Game Studios are seeking an experienced director of game production to drive the creation of best-in-class gaming experiences for the Snapdragon chipset.
This role will lead the development of innovative AI-driven solutions for game content production, shape the creative vision for technical showcase content, and drive production roadmaps. The successful candidate will work in close partnership and on-site with Snapdragon Game Studios engineering and content production teams, while collaborating cross-functionally with hardware, software, and product organizations across Qualcomm.
At the heart of Snapdragon Game Studios, we are passionate about next generation gaming technologies and delivering exceptional gaming experiences. Our highly creative teams are full of veteran game developers, artists, game engine experts and graphics enthusiasts who work on our latest gaming innovations around mobile, PC, automotive, and XR.
Minimum Qualifications
  • 8+ years of professional experience in game development
  • Experience directing pre-production, and production stages of at least one shipping mobile, PC, or console game title
  • Experience using emerging generative AI techniques in game content production pipelines
  • Experience developing 2D/3D content that is performant and appropriate for real time rendering on modern mobile & PC game hardware.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding of emerging agentic AI content development workflows, pitfalls, and best practices
  • Hands-on experience utilizing Unreal Engine or Unity for commercial content production or game prototyping
  • Shipped at least one mobile, console, PC, or XR game
  • Deep knowledge of game industry and game development lifecycles
  • Understanding of the deployment and publishing pipelines for at least one major game storefront
  • Comfortable working with large, complex projects and deliverables

BFA or BA degree in art, design graphics, game design, or similar
