• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique needs.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, groups, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure a holistic approach to client care, sharing insights and strategies to optimize treatment outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation to comply with legal and ethical standards, ensuring accountability and quality assurance.
• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training sessions to stay informed on the latest research and best practices in mental health.

The LPC will work with a diverse patient population, ranging from those experiencing mild stress to individuals dealing with severe mental health disorders. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field is required.
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a commitment to supporting clients through challenges.

• Specialization in areas such as family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, and substance use disorders is highly desirable.

We offer a competitive salary range between USD 70,000 and USD 110,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, candidates are eligible for performance-based bonuses that recognize your contributions to the clinic's success.
