• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients, using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and holistic care plans that encompass clients' physical and mental health.
• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with ethical guidelines and legal requirements, ensuring a high standard of practice.
• Participate in continuing education opportunities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay informed about the latest mental health research and therapeutic techniques.

As an LPC at Valley Spring, you will be serving a diverse range of clients, including those struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use disorders, and relationship issues. • A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
• A minimum of two years of experience in a counseling setting, preferably within a clinical environment.

• Specialization or additional training in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse treatment is highly preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to engage diverse client populations with sensitivity and understanding.
