Job description

Description
The Sr. Field Engineer will support the Aegis Training and Readiness Center for Simulation Hardware support and Configuration Management.
Requirements
  • Ten (10) years of experience in AEGIS Combat System engineering development to include design, development, test and evaluation, lifetime support maintenance, configuration management, and tactical training equipment.
    • Of the six (6) years, two (2) years Network/System Administration experience in developing and maintaining Local Area Networks (LANs).
  • DOD 8570 Information Assurance Technician (IAT) Level 2 certification (Security+ or greater).
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and review combat system elements of design, acquisition and installation plans for tactical training equipment.
  • Operating Systems certification (Linux+, Windows, etc.).
  • Active Secret security clearance.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 15 years AEGIS combat systems experience.
