KBR is seeking a highly organized Financial Analyst to support TRMC's interagency funding execution process, with primary responsibility for drafting, coordinating, tracking, and managing 7600A Support Agreements and assisting with the preparation of funding request packages. This role will serve as a key support function for TRMC's reimbursable and direct cite funding operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely execution of financial actions.
The ideal candidate will have working knowledge of G-Invoicing, interagency agreements, MIPRs, and DoD financial processes, while also supporting the team with high-volume funding request preparation and administrative execution.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Draft, prepare, and manage all TRMC 7600A Support Agreements from initiation through execution.
  • Coordinate directly with agencies and internal stakeholders to obtain required agreement documentation and approvals.
  • Process and track agreements within G-Invoicing while maintaining TRMC internal authoritative records.
  • Assist in preparing and completing TRMC funding request forms and associated documentation.
  • Support overflow workload related to funding package development, validation, and routing.
  • Review MIPRs and funding documents for completeness and accuracy.
  • Maintain agreement logs, obligation trackers, and fund execution records.
  • Reconcile balances between funding logs, financial systems, and agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with Treasury, DoD, and TRMC-specific financial procedures.

Required Qualifications:
  • 2-4 years of DoD financial management experience.
  • Hands-on experience with G-Invoicing.
  • An active DoD Secret Clearance is required
  • Experience preparing or managing 7600A Support Agreements.
  • Experience with MIPRs, reimbursable agreements, and funding execution.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel for financial tracking and reconciliation.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple actions simultaneously
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with TRMC, WHS, and DoD interagency funding policies.
  • Knowledge of RDT&E and O&M appropriations.
  • Experience supporting financial execution teams in a PMO environment.

Ideal Candidate Profile:
This person should be comfortable owning the full lifecycle of 7600A agreements while acting as surge support for funding request processing. They must be highly detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling a fast-paced portfolio with multiple agencies and funding streams.
Basic Compensation: $74,500 - $100,000 (For Virginia Only)
The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate's knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.
