Work you'll do

As an Analyst, Functional Transformation on the GPS SAP business transformation team, you will be responsible for supporting SAP-enabled transformation initiatives across the implementation lifecycle.

  • Support SAP implementation and modernization efforts, including SAP S/4HANA programs and ECC-to-S/4HANA transformation activities.
  • Configure SAP functionality to support business process requirements and fit-to-standard design decisions.
  • Document requirements, assumptions, risks, issues, and decisions in collaboration with business, technical, integration, and data teams.
  • Support process design workshops, integrated testing, and deployment activities, including unit testing, system integration testing, user acceptance testing, cutover, and stabilization.
  • Develop, maintain, and govern implementation deliverables, including solution design documents, configuration rationale, test scripts, cutover inputs, deployment readiness materials, and status updates.

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance
  • 6+ months of experience working in regulated environments with enterprise resource planning controls, audit readiness, and compliance requirements
  • 6+ months of experience producing or governing implementation deliverables, including solution design documentation, configuration rationale, test artifacts, cutover plans, and deployment readiness materials
  • 6+ months of experience supporting SAP implementations, including SAP S/4HANA transformation work
  • Ability to travel 25%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

  • Active Secret Clearance
  • Experience supporting Department of Defense and/or U.S. Federal civilian agency enterprise resource planning modernization programs

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $64,700 to $127,600.
