The Technical Analyst role is responsible for providing comprehensive support in reporting, tracking and coordination across team initiatives and partnerships. This role requires a strong attention to detail and is highly analytical. The Technical Analyst role is collaborative in nature, managing relationships with various business partners and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of projects.

Reporting

*Develop and maintain detailed and accurate reports to support decision-making processes.

*Analyze data and generate insights that highlight trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

*Create dashboards to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and progress on Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).

*Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data across all reporting platforms.

*Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and interpret data requirements.

Tracking & Monitoring

*Monitor initiatives progress and track key milestones to ensure timely completion.

*Maintain detailed records of timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.

*Identify potential risks and issues, and provide recommendations for mitigating actions.

*Ensure all activities are documented and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

*Regularly update status and provide reports to management and team members.

Stakeholder & Business Partner Management

*Facilitate communication and collaboration among project team members and stakeholders.

*Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items and decisions.

*Assist in the development and implementation of mechanisms, schedules, and budgets.

*Ensure alignment between objectives and organizational goals.

*Support team members with any technical issues and provide troubleshooting as needed.
