About The Role

This role sits on our Digital team, where your internal title will be Specialist, Digital, working primarily in a project management capacity across client engagements. As a Specialist, Digital, you excel at leading cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital products and experiences, while contributing to how problems are structured and solutions are delivered for our clients.

You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrive in fast-paced environments. You bring a strong ability to structure work, manage competing priorities, and drive projects forward while ensuring high-quality delivery. You are comfortable working directly with clients and are motivated to grow both your project management and consulting skill set.

In this multifaceted role you will collaborate with internal teams and clients to guide projects from discovery through to delivery, while gaining exposure to broader areas of digital consulting including strategy, product development, and user experience.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage digital projects varying in size - from smaller rapid-to-market initiatives through to large-scale digital transformation
  • Develop and manage project plans, including timelines, resourcing, scope, and budget management
  • Drive day-to-day execution across cross-functional teams (Strategy, UX Design, and Technology)
  • Manage day-to-day project activities and ensure deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle
  • Identify risks, proactively working with teams to resolve blockers and keep projects on track, and drive continuous improvement across projects
  • Support the creation of digital solutions for a variety of clients and verticals
  • Collaborate with teams to understand and interpret client business challenges and translate them into structured, actionable plans
  • Facilitate and participate in workshops including discovery, design thinking, and project planning sessions
  • Structure presentations, documentation, and other client-facing deliverables

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of relevant experienceย 
  • Experience managing digital projects across design and/or technology teams
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or similar)
  • Proven ability to manage timelines, budgets, and project scope effectively
  • Strong track record in client communication and stakeholder management
  • A demonstrable passion for digital experiences, user experience, and technology
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
