The office is headquartered in Westport, CT with regional offices in New York City, Singapore, and Abu Dhabi.
Position Summary:
As the Family Office grows, we are seeking a high caliber Senior Executive Project Manager, internally titled as a Senior Leverager to enable our growing technology and investment activities. This role will serve as a strategic partner, providing leverage across priorities, initiatives, and operations to maximize organizational effectiveness. This position will provide support across our regional offices, primarily the US and Abu Dhabi. The Senior Leverager will be responsible for driving execution of key strategic projects, coordinating cross-functional efforts, managing communications and stakeholder engagement, while ensuring alignment across the technology organization. Acting as an extension of the leader, the Senior Leverager helps translate priorities into action, remove obstacles, and maintain momentum on critical initiatives while enabling informed decision-making and efficient execution. This position will require regular in office attendance between 3 to 5 days a week. The ideal candidate will work from our head office in Westport CT, with flexibliity to work from our New York City office as needed.
Day-to-day responsibilities would include a combination of the following:
  • Manage priorities, strategic initiatives, and day-to-day execution.
  • Drive cross-functional projects and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Prepare briefing materials, presentations, updates, and executive communications.
  • Track key initiatives, deliverables, risks, and dependencies to ensure timely execution.
  • Facilitate decision-making by gathering information, conducting analysis, and providing recommendations.
  • Coordinate meetings, leadership discussions, and follow-up actions.
  • Act as a trusted thought partner on operational, organizational, and strategic matters.
  • Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications:
  • At least 5 years of experience in a Chief of Staff, Leverager, Strategy, Operations, Consulting, or similar role.
  • Experience supporting senior executives in technology, investment, or fast-paced operating environments.

Compensation:
Compensation for the role includes a competitive salary in the range from $220,000 -$255,000 (inclusive of a merit-based bonus, dependent on years of experience, level of education obtained, as well as applicable skillset) and an excellent benefits package, including paid time off ranging from 15 to 25 days based on years of service, paid sick and safe leave, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid parental time off, birth mother recovery pay, sick family member pay, parental ramp back up program, gym reimbursement and generous employer match for 401k.
