Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate multiple workstreams related to facility construction, equipment procurement, validation activities, and product development.
  • Track project progress and proactively identify risks, delays, or resource constraints.
  • Ensure projects remain aligned with business objectives, timelines, and budgets.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Serve as the central point of communication between leadership, consultants, contractors, vendors, engineers, quality personnel, and operational teams.
  • Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear status updates to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate action items and ensure accountability across all project participants.
Risk Management & Problem Solving
  • Identify project risks early and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Escalate critical issues appropriately while proposing practical solutions.
  • Drive decision-making processes and help remove obstacles that impede progress.
Documentation & Reporting
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, timelines, meeting minutes, and status reports.
  • Create executive-level summaries and dashboards for leadership review.
