Salary & Highlights
  • Base Salary: $67,000.00 - $77,000.00 per year
  • Sign-On / Relocation Bonus: $ 2000 to $4,000(paid in first 90 days of employment)

The Role: We are seeking a passionate Pediatric SLP to join our growing clinic team. You will play a vital role in helping children develop essential communication skills and reach their full potential through:
  • Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify speech, language, and communication needs.
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans using evidence-based and play-based therapy.
  • Treating a variety of disorders, including articulation delays, language impairments, fluency, and social communication difficulties.
  • Engaging and educating families to support their child's development at home.

Qualifications
  • Education: Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
  • Certification: Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA.
  • State Licensure: Valid and current license as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Skills: Excellent interpersonal and child engagement skills; knowledge of developmental milestones.
  • Setting: Experience in a pediatric clinic setting is preferred.
