  • An inclusive and ethical workplace.

  • Compensation programs that recognize high performance.

  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance.

  • Opportunities to lead technical initiatives and influence manufacturing excellence.

  • Exposure to innovative pharmaceutical manufacturing technologies and cross-functional collaboration.

  • The opportunity to help deliver life-changing therapies to patients around the world.

What you will do
  • Serve as the primary process owner for commercial products, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable manufacturing operations.

  • Lead technology transfer activities and support commercial manufacturing campaigns for pharmaceutical products.

  • Partner with customers, project teams, and manufacturing stakeholders to solve technical challenges and improve process performance.

  • Drive operational excellence by identifying and implementing improvements that enhance yield, efficiency, quality, and cost performance.

  • Lead investigations, root cause analyses, risk assessments, and corrective action activities using data-driven methodologies.

  • Support regulatory inspections, process validation, commissioning, qualification, and ongoing process verification activities.

  • Mentor colleagues, support operator training, and contribute to technical expertise development across the site.

What we are looking for
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.

  • Experience within pharmaceutical manufacturing or a related regulated industry.

  • Strong understanding of current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) requirements and manufacturing processes.

  • Experience using scientific and engineering principles to solve complex technical challenges.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams.

  • Commitment to quality, safety, continuous improvement, and consistent on-site attendance.
