Reports to: Administrator
Position Type: Full Time 8am-5pm Monday - Friday with on call rotation

Emerald Nursing & Rehab Columbus is seeking an experienced, passionate, and dynamic Director of Nursing (DON) to lead our clinical team and drive excellence in resident-centered care. This is an exciting opportunity for a visionary nursing leader who is committed to building high-performing teams, achieving outstanding clinical outcomes, and making a lasting impact on the lives of residents, families, and staff.
What You'll Do
As Director of Nursing, you will:
• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of all nursing services and clinical operations.
• Champion a culture of excellence focused on quality resident care, safety, and satisfaction.
• Recruit, mentor, develop, and retain a strong, engaged nursing team.
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and professional growth among staff.
• Drive clinical outcomes through quality improvement initiatives and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure exceptional resident experiences.
• Monitor key performance indicators and implement action plans to achieve organizational goals.
