• Conduct in-depth initial assessments to understand client mental health needs and set a therapeutic foundation.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that align with client goals and are informed by best practices in the field.
• Provide a range of therapeutic services, including individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that promote healing and growth.
• Utilize evidence-based therapy modalities tailored to meet the unique needs of each client.
• Maintain comprehensive client records to ensure compliance with industry standards and facilitate ongoing treatment evaluation.
• Engage in continuous professional development through supervision, peer review, and attending relevant workshops.

Your work will directly impact a diverse client population, including individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and family dynamics. • A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
• A valid LMFT license in Oregon (LPC or LCSW license will also be considered).
• Demonstrated ability to connect with clients empathetically and effectively.
• Proficiency in using virtual counseling platforms and technology resources for therapy delivery.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant clinical experience in a mental health setting.
• Previous experience with virtual counseling or teletherapy is highly desirable.
• Expertise in various therapeutic modalities and a willingness to adopt new techniques as needed.
