Must Have Technical/Functional Skills
  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • PEGA ADMIN (8+ Years)
  • At least 10+ years of IT and 9+ years Pega PRPC experience with in-depth hands-on experience in Pega 7.x/8.x/Pega Infinity 23.X/24.X as Pega admin.
  • Strong understanding and experience on Pega Application Packaging, security, rulesets, portal, reports, and other Pega OOTB Tools.
  • Hands on experience to perform Pega Software Upgrades in 7.x/8.x/Pega Infinity 23.X/24.X
  • Experience with application/platform performance monitoring tools such as PAL, AES, Splunk & App Dynamics and PLA etc.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Experience in Source Control, Change/Configuration/Incident & Release Management.
  • Should have experience building new Application Infrastructure from the scratch such as WebSphere/Tomcat and Linux/Unix.
  • Should have hands-on experience Cloud Migration from On Prem to GCP or AWS and in Openshift/Kubernetes.
  • Experience in all phases of software development lifecycle.
