Location and Role Details

Location: Rockville, Maryland

Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth

Position Type: Full-Time

Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Job Summary

A strong fit for this role is someone who can bring clinical skill, warmth, and steady follow-through to remote care. This is remote therapy for a clinician who can hold both the individual story and the wider relationship context. The role is full-time and remote, with client care delivered through a secure telehealth setting tied to Rockville, Maryland. You will have a full-time structure while still doing work that feels personal and clinically meaningful.

Responsibilities

· Provide telehealth therapy with attention to relational and family-system dynamics

· Use MFT-informed interventions that fit each client's presenting concerns

· Maintain ethical boundaries and secure remote care practices

· Coordinate referrals or added support when clinically appropriate

Requirements

· Active Maryland LCMFT license in good standing

· Ability to help clients explore relationship patterns while keeping care practical and respectful

· Sound clinical judgment and comfort managing a full-time virtual caseload

· Master's degree in marriage and family therapy, counseling, psychology, or a closely related field
