Weย are seeking a skilled Traveling Commercial Superintendent to oversee on-site operations for our growing portfolio of projects. We specialize in Retail, Grocery, Office, and Industrial construction (both Tenant Improvement and Ground-Up).
If you have 5+ years of experience in retail TI and are looking for a role that offers a Monthly Truck Allowance, Per Diem for travel, and a competitive salary up to $140k+, apply today.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the on-site leader, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standards
  • Oversee commercial tenant improvement and ground-up construction projects
  • Proactively schedule subcontractors and coordinate daily site activities
  • Interpret project plans and layouts accurately and identify potential issues early
  • Enforce health and safety standards on-site
  • Maintain clear communication with clients, project managers, and site teams
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in Tenant Improvement (TI) and Retail construction (required)
  • Extensive knowledge of ADA interior and site requirements
  • Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints
  • Proven experience managing complex construction schedules
  • Ability to travel to project sites across the Western United States
  • Ability to navigate active construction sites effectively
