Job description

Access Dental Care is seeking full-time front desk administrative position.  Dental/medical experience helpful.

  • Greeting and welcoming patients to the practice.
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments as needed.
  • Assisting patients to fill out information forms.
  • Preparing patients’ charts and daily schedules.
  • Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
  • Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
  • Claim filing, prior authorization submission 
  • Collecting payments as needed.
  • Performing general office duties, such as answering telephones, photocopying, filing, and faxing.
  • Insurance verification

Office hours 4 days/week, hours 8-4:30. Full-time position. Please submit your resume.
