Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage IT service delivery across all US operations, ensuring reliable and customer-focused support
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud services, and telecommunications
  • Manage and mentor US-based IT teams, contractors, and service providers to foster accountability and growth
  • Act as a primary technology partner for business leaders, translating needs into practical solutions
  • Plan and execute technology projects, upgrades, and business-driven initiatives
