  • Training & development

Position: Home Technology Sales Consultant
Location: Scottsdale, Arizona
Company: Oasis Luxury Smart Homes
At Oasis, our biggest asset is our people. We're a team of professionals who take pride in precision, craftsmanship, and creating seamless luxury electrical, lighting, and home technology experiences for our clients.
Why this role exists:
Our sales team is the connective tissue between what we build and the people who need it, and the team is growing! This role isn't about slick pitches or pressure-it's about listening well, solving real problems, and turning trust into long-term partnerships.
What you'll do (the day-to-day):
  • Build and manage a pipeline of qualified leads-from first conversation to signed agreement
  • Know our offerings of residential home automation, audio, video, lighting, shades deeply enough to translate them into clear, compelling solutions. Bonus points for experience in electrical sales
  • Conduct sales calls, site visits, and follow-ups with consistency and care
  • Create accurate quotes and proposals (no mystery math, no crossed fingers)
  • Coordinate closely with operations, project teams, and leadership to ensure smooth handoffs
  • Track activity, opportunities, and forecasts in our CRM so nothing falls through the cracks
  • Maintain and grow existing client relationships-because retention is revenue's quieter cousin

What success looks like:
  • You hit (and often exceed) sales targets without burning bridges
  • Clients trust you and come back
  • Internal teams like working with you
  • You proactively spot opportunities and risks before they become problems
  • You take ownership-from first hello to final handshake

What we're looking for:
  • Proven experience in sales (B2B preferred, but good instincts count too)
  • Strong communication skills-clear, warm, and direct
  • Confidence without ego; curiosity without chaos
  • Comfort juggling multiple deals, timelines, and personalities
  • Basic tech fluency (CRM systems, email, spreadsheets)
  • A bias toward follow-through-you do what you say you'll do

Bonus points if you:
  • Have experience in a technical, construction, or residential service-based industry
  • Can read a room and adjust your approach accordingly
  • Enjoy collaborating more than competing internally
  • Ask thoughtful questions instead of rushing to pitch

Compensation & perks:
  • Competitive base salary + commission structure
  • Growth opportunities as the company expands
  • A team that values accountability, humor, and competence
  • Work that has momentum-and leadership that notices effort

Compensation: $100,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
