Compensation: $75,000 - $95,000 / year

We are partnering with a growing organization seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to join a collaborative and mentorship-driven team environment. This is much more of a builder/developer role than a traditional analyst position, focused on creating dashboards, reports, and low-code applications that help leadership teams make informed business decisions.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone early-to-mid career who enjoys building tools, solving problems, and learning modern BI technologies in a supportive environment.
What You'll Be Doing - Build and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports
- Develop low-code applications and forms using platforms such as ToolJet, Retool, AppSmith, or similar tools
- Write SQL queries to support reporting and application logic
- Support reporting workflows and data ingestion efforts
- Participate in Agile sprint-based development activities
- Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to deliver user-friendly reporting solutions
What They're Looking For - Experience with Tableau (Power BI experience may also be considered)
- Working knowledge of SQL
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Coachable, eager-to-learn mindset
- Someone who enjoys building reports, dashboards, and internal tools
Nice to Have - Experience with Snowflake
- Experience with ToolJet or other low-code platforms
- Exposure to JavaScript or basic application logic
- Experience working in Agile environments
