Prescient Edge is seeking a System Integration Specialist to support a federal government client.

Description:
  • Ensure interoperability between JIRA and GitLab by configuring automated workflows for task tracking, reporting, and approvals.
  • Establish authentication integrations with the sponsoring Command's Microsoft Active Directory (Azure AD) to enforce CAC/PIV-based access controls in accordance with DoD identity management policies.
  • Submit the System Interoperability & Security Integration Report, documenting authentication measures, security compliance, and integration workflows.

Job Requirements
Experience:
  • Possess the knowledge and capability to integrate JIRA, GitLab, and other IT service management tools, ensuring seamless data synchronization and workflow automation. Personnel must be proficient in API integrations, system interoperability, and secure authentication protocols.
  • Strong scripting and automation skills are required to streamline data exchange between platforms.
  • Personnel must have demonstrated experience in integrating ITSM platforms, developing API-based solutions, and ensuring secure identity federation. Experience with OAuth, SAML, and enterprise authentication protocols is required.

Education:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or five (5) years of equivalent experience in system integration.
  • Desirable but not required certifications include ITIL Foundation Certification or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect.

Security clearance:
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
