Systems Engineering Support Analyst 2 Location: Tinker AFB, OK | Shift: First, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM | Onsite About the Role Join Indotronix as a Systems Engineering Support Analyst 2 and play a critical role supporting the sustainment and modification of the USAF Boeing E-4B aircraft fleet. This dynamic, hands-on position combines analytical and warehouse responsibilities, ensuring mission readiness by managing parts, materials, and supply chain processes. This is an excellent opportunity to build your career in aerospace and defense, work closely with technical experts, and contribute directly to national security. Responsibilities - Manage job orders for unserviceable parts and submit purchase requests to Supplier Management - Coordinate purchase order placement, monitor status, and track estimated ship dates - Liaise between Supplier Management, Engineering, and USAF/Government personnel - Review Air Force Technical Orders, parts lists, and drawings to verify part requirements - Collaborate with technicians to fulfill repair part requests and process part issues/turn-ins - Oversee physical inventory, monitor DIFM parts, and maintain accurate warehouse records - Research obsolete parts, recommend stock levels, and develop disposition strategies for spare parts - Process monthly equipment calibration requests and manage PR submissions using the Air Force Gold system - Coordinate scrap and part disposals with Government customers Required Skills and Experience - U.S. citizenship with eligibility to obtain a Secret Security Clearance - Ability to acquire Tinker AFB access - Proficient in Microsoft Office applications - Bachelor's degree in a technical field and 2+ years relevant experience, or equivalent technical education and experience - Strong communication skills with self-motivation and initiative Preferred Skills - Experience with Air Force supply processes and warehouse inventory management - Active Secret Clearance - Hands-on experience processing Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) - Knowledge of Supplier Management, Air Force technical orders, and parts/materials processes Benefits - Work alongside industry leaders and skilled professionals in a mission-driven environment - Opportunity for overtime and professional growth supporting critical DoD operations - Exposure to cutting-edge aerospace and defense technology - Competitive compensation How to Apply Ready to take your systems engineering career to the next level?
