Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager specializing in Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Integration to lead technology integration initiatives during acquisitions. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing application migration efforts, and ensuring smooth technology integration across business units.
The ideal candidate will have strong experience managing enterprise integration projects, application migration strategies, and stakeholder communication within complex IT environments.
Key Responsibilities
M&A Integration Program Management
  • Lead and manage IT integration projects related to mergers and acquisitions.
  • Coordinate integration activities across business units, IT teams, and acquired organizations.
  • Develop and manage integration roadmaps for applications and systems.
Application Integration & Migration
  • Work with application owners and technical teams to estimate timelines and resources for application migration.
  • Define migration strategies and integration requirements aligned with the overall M&A integration program.
  • Ensure successful migration and integration of critical business applications.
Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Manage relationships with corporate IT teams, divisional stakeholders, and newly acquired organizations.
