As a collective, we foster an inspiring environment where our staff collaborates seamlessly, ensuring that both the technical and emotional needs of our patients are met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive biomechanical evaluations and movement assessments to identify injury risks and performance limitations in athletes.
  • Develop and implement individualized evidence-based rehabilitation programs focusing on manual therapy techniques and progressive therapeutic exercises.
  • Perform advanced return-to-play testing and sport-specific training protocols to help athletes safely resume their activities.
  • Collaborate closely with athletic trainers, orthopedic physicians, and performance specialists to optimize treatment plans tailored to each athlete’s needs.
  • Educate patients and their families on injury prevention strategies, recovery processes, and long-term mobility maintenance to promote health and well-being.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The ideal candidate will be adept at working with a broad spectrum of patients, from high school students participating in competitive sports to weekend warriors and professional athletes striving for peak performance. This role demands a therapist who is enthusiastic about sports medicine and can establish trust and rapport with diverse clients, ensuring that each individual feels supported and motivated throughout their treatment journey.

Qualifications
  • A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and active licensure in Nevada (or eligibility for licensure).
  • Demonstrated passion for sports rehabilitation and a strong foundation in biomechanics and evidence-based practices.
  • Proficient in manual therapy, therapeutic exercise prescription, and functional performance training to address various athletic needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills with an athlete-first mindset, enabling effective interactions with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teammates.
  • Comfortable working across rehabilitation and return-to-sport environments to ensure comprehensive care.
Preferred Experience
  • Board Certification as a Sports Clinical Specialist (SCS) or Orthopedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) is highly desirable.
  • A background in athletic training or experience with collegiate or professional sports rehabilitation.
  • Familiarity with advanced modalities such as blood flow restriction therapy, dry needling, and sports technology tools including force plates and motion capture systems.
  • A minimum of two years of experience in a physical therapy setting with a focus on orthopedic and sports rehabilitation.
Compensation and Benefits
  • A competitive annual salary ranging from $90,000 to $100,000, complemented by performance-based incentives.
  • Comprehensive health benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage to support your health and wellness needs.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching to help secure your financial future.
  • Continuing education unit (CEU) allowances, along with in-house mentorship and specialized sports workshops to advance your skills.
  • Generous paid time off, inclusive of holidays, and flexible scheduling options that promote a healthy work-life balance.
  • Complimentary access to our on-site gym and training facilities for personal wellness pursuits.
