Job Description
Reporting to the VP of Operations & Dental Group, the Inside Sales Rep will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including but not limited to:
  • contacting new and existing clients by phone and email
  • researching and mapping
  • assisting with customer and team orders
  • booking meetings
  • managing calendars
  • assisting with drafting proposals and invoices
  • participating in meeting and taking notes
  • working with influencers and affiliate marketing programs
  • following up on project tasks, as assigned
  • additional projects, as required

This role is based in our office in Farmingdale, and not remote.
Qualifications
  • must have related sales experience in a similar role
  • great communication skills, writing and verbal
  • skilled at email correspondence, time management and project management
  • strong excel, word skills; some design skills are helpful
  • able to work in a small team and be resourceful, able to work independently
  • loves to talk to people and build relationships
  • not afraid to pick up the phone
