This position offers the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, allowing you to maintain a healthy work-life balance. While interactions with patients will primarily occur through teletherapy, you will also collaborate with your colleagues in an outpatient office environment as needed. • Conduct thorough assessments of each patient's biopsychosocial needs, identifying challenges and determining effective treatment plans.
• Deliver individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy, employing a range of therapeutic modalities based on clinical appropriateness.
• Act as a primary therapist or co-therapist in group therapy sessions, providing leadership and support in navigating the therapeutic process with psychiatric patients.
• Maintain meticulous documentation in accordance with program and regulatory standards, ensuring all records reflect accurate and relevant patient information.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other healthcare providers, to coordinate triage evaluation and crisis interventions when necessary.
• Adhere to agency policies, ethical standards, and legal regulations, maintaining the integrity of the therapeutic process while upholding patient confidentiality.

At Metrapolis Behavioral Center, you will work with a diverse client base, including individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Your ability to establish rapport and foster a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship will be crucial in supporting our patients as they navigate their healing journeys.

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.
• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Oregon.
• At least two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a successful track record of patient outcomes.
• A strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines governing the practice, ensuring compliance in all interactions and documentation.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively connect with a wide range of clients.
• Proficiency in EMR software and related technologies for maintaining patient records and communications.

• Experience in primary care or medical settings is preferred but not mandatory.
• Specialization in family therapy, couples therapy, trauma-informed care, or substance misuse is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a healthcare team; experience in multidisciplinary settings is a plus.

This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $105,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
