• Conduct comprehensive assessments for a variety of clients to understand their mental health needs, utilizing evidence-based evaluation techniques.

• Provide ongoing therapy and counseling to clients, adjusting treatment approaches as necessary to reflect progress and changing needs.
• Engage with family members to educate and inform them about mental health resources and support strategies, reinforcing the client’s treatment goals.
• Document all client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with legal and ethical standards while maintaining confidentiality and privacy.
• Stay current with the latest therapeutic practices and policies in social work, attending workshops and training sessions to enhance professional knowledge.
• Participate in collaborative team meetings to discuss client progress and refine treatment strategies in alignment with clinic objectives.

You will work with a diverse range of clients, including children, adults, and seniors, each presenting unique challenges and backgrounds. • A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or related field.
• Valid Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) license in Nevada.

• At least two years of experience in clinical social work, ideally within community health or mental health settings.
