This role will be conducted remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance. The LCSW will primarily engage with clients through virtual consultations, supplemented by occasional in-person interactions as needed to support client care. • Conduct assessments of clients experiencing symptoms of mental health issues, creating and implementing individualized care plans that are evidence-based and client-centered.
• Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings, ensuring an integrated approach to client care, and collaborating closely with fellow mental health professionals, physicians, and support staff.
• Provide therapeutic services, which include individual, group, and family therapy, tailored to the unique needs of each client while maintaining a focus on their expressed goals and challenges.
• Monitor client progress through regular follow-ups, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.
• Handle crisis intervention efforts effectively by assessing risk and implementing appropriate interventions in both remote and on-site settings.
• Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date documentation of client interactions and care in compliance with ethical guidelines and organizational policies.
• Engage in on-call responsibilities as assigned, providing support during program hours and after hours to address urgent client needs.
• Assist in the development and implementation of community outreach programs to increase mental health awareness and accessibility.

The LCSW will work primarily with clients from diverse backgrounds who are facing mental health challenges, particularly in populations deemed under-served. You'll engage with individuals who often experience barriers to receiving care, including socio-economic challenges, cultural differences, and systemic health disparities. Your role is crucial in providing these clients with empathetic clinical support, promoting recovery, and reinforcing their ability to lead fulfilling lives.

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or a related field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• A valid License as a Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Nevada is mandatory.
• At least two years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, demonstrating competence in assessment and treatment methodologies.
• Strong knowledge of integrated care models and understanding of mental health policies affecting under-served populations.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, essential for effective collaboration and reporting.
• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and patient management.

• Background in crisis intervention and management.
• Experience working in community health settings or with under-served populations.
• Skills in conducting evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care practices.
• Familiarity with telehealth platforms to enhance remote patient care capabilities.

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 85,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
