Full-time 35 hours per week
NOT REMOTE
Do you enjoy helping elders and working with their caregivers?
Full-time position to assist elderly clients in developing and maintaining maximum independent living. Will be responsible for the assessment and development of service plans and goals. Position requires home visits to elders, knowledge of and extensive contact with community social services agencies, precise record keeping and writing skills. Social work experience and knowledge of social services preferred. Sensitivity to the needs of elders is essential.
Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS degree in Human Services, Social Services or related field preferred. MA Social Work license is desirable. Must have valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation and good driving history.
Must be able to climb multiple flights of stairs
Travel reimbursement is $0.70/mile
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
