Job description

As Executive Director of the Capital Markets practice at The Post Oak Group, you will lead execution of capital-raising transactions while supporting senior origination and client coverage.

You will manage live financing processes and ensure disciplined investor engagement.

Responsibilities
  • Lead execution of equity and debt financings
  • Manage investor processes and diligence
  • Oversee financial modeling and offering materials
  • Coordinate internal teams and external advisors
Qualifications & Licensing
  • 12+ years of capital markets or investment banking experience
  • Strong execution background in private placements
  • Active FINRA Series 79 and Series 63 required
  • Series 24 preferred
