Founded in 1969 by Tom and Ann Jones, Ready Contractors has grown from a one-person operation to a thriving team of 25 full-time employees. We specialize in providing affordable, dependable, and high-quality services such as storm drains, commercial site preparation, utility work, grading, and much more. With our own fleet of machinery and resources, we pride ourselves on saving our clients time and money while delivering exceptional results.

Position Summary

As a Chat Support Agent, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and customers, ensuring their questions are answered and their concerns are addressed in a professional and friendly manner. Your role will be critical in maintaining the high standards of service that Ready Contractors is known for.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via chat, providing accurate and helpful information.
  • Assist clients in understanding our services and processes, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues or escalate them to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and efficient service delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or similar role.
  • Strong written communication skills with attention to detail and clarity.
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A friendly, professional demeanor with a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
  • Basic understanding of construction or contracting services is a plus but not required.
