Job Overview
We are seeking a professional, English-speaking Virtual Receptionist to handle front-desk responsibilities virtually. You’ll be the first point of contact for our business, offering exceptional customer service through calls, messages, and emails all while working remotely.
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming calls and route them to the appropriate team member
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional manner
- Manage appointment scheduling, confirmations, and reminders
- Maintain and update client contact information and CRM entries
- Provide administrative support to internal teams
- Greet clients (virtually), record messages, and ensure smooth communication flow
- Manage calendars and coordinate meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
Requirements
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Proven experience as a receptionist, virtual assistant, or customer support agent
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Professional and friendly demeanor with a customer-first attitude
- Proficient in using tools like Google Workspace, Zoom, Calendly, and CRM systems
- Stable internet connection and quiet work environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends (if needed)
