A successful candidate's actual pay rate will be based on several factors including relevant experience, skills, training, certifications and education.

The Team Lead-Cath Lab/EP assists in oversight and coordination of daily operations of the cath lab and/or electrophysiology (EP) lab. Serves as the expert resource and lead person within cath lab/EP area. Works closely with leadership and physicians to plan, implement, and facilitate the work activity of the area to accomplish goals and objectives. Conducts quality assurance, colleague scheduling, and assists with department policies and procedures to ensure efficient lab operation.

Education Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in nursing, radiologic technology, allied health, applied science or completion of certificate/training program is required.
  • Bachelor's degree in nursing, radiologic technology, allied health or applied science is preferred.
Experience Qualifications
  • 4 years of recent experience in a cardiac cath lab and/or electrophysiology lab is required.
Certifications, Licenses and Registrations
  • Licensed as Registered Nurse (RN) or Radiographer in state of practice is required. If Radiographer, certification as a Registered Radiologic Technologist (RT(R)) by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) is required.
  • Cardiac Interventional Radiography (CI) certification from ARRT OR certification as a Registered CardiovascularInvasive Specialist (RCIS) or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) from CardiovascularCredentialing International (CCI) is preferred.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) is required.
  • Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) is required.
